This project involved the renovation of a residential home originally built in 1957. BESforma conducted a detailed assessment of the existing layout to align the design with the client’s evolving needs.

The proposal focused on maximizing functionality while introducing a material palette inspired by the West Coast, incorporating locally sourced materials to enhance texture and durability.

The scope included a full exterior renovation, structural upgrades to the existing carport, and a complete interior transformation of the basement, kitchen, and bathroom, extending the home’s lifespan and improving its overall performance.
