Mixed Use Development - First Nations
This project consists of a feasibility study for a mixed-use development including 95 residential units and 12 commercial retail units (CRUs), developed in collaboration with a First Nations community.
The feasibility phase focused on site planning, density analysis, and program distribution to support both residential needs and local economic activity. Cultural and contextual considerations informed the overall development approach.
Financial evaluation explored development scenarios to ensure long-term viability while supporting community objectives.
The design phase emphasized coordination of residential and commercial components, integrating public spaces and creating a cohesive development framework that can transition into future construction.
